Due to you hunting in the Southern Ruahines, the weather can change without warning, because of this you'll need:
Firearms are available for use. However if you wish to bring your own, recommended firearms include .308, 6.5x55, .270, 300 WSM and 7mm Mag. This is predominantly because shots will vary from 20 - 300 yards. Also a high quality scope is recommended. We offer you an option to check your rifle sightings upon arrival.

- Warm hunting gear
- Quality rain jacket along with pants
- Warm Gloves & Woolen Hat
- Day Pack & binoculars

Conditions of Hunt
- All hunters will be accompanied by a guide
- Wounded animals that can't be found, shall be deemed as killed and you will be permitted to pay the standard animal fee.
